深圳市绿色建筑协会（SGBA）是由深圳市从事绿色建筑行业相关的企业（其他经济组织、个体工商户）自愿组成的、地方性、行业性、非营利性社会组织。经深圳市民政局批准于2008年12月8日成立，是全国首家绿色建筑领域的市一级社会团体，是5A级社会组织。

  深圳市率先突破性地成立城市级绿色建筑协会，这是深圳重视城市可持续性发展，在建设领域落实科学发展观的具体举措；是深圳市委市政府、深圳市住建局和民政局大胆突破、勇于创新的最好体现。自成立以来，协会始终坚持“发展绿色建筑，促进循环经济”的办会宗旨，为政府主管部门和绿色建筑领域的企事业单位提供技术服务，促进深圳市绿色建筑的创新、交流与合作，推动深圳市绿色建筑事业健康发展。

  协会自成立以来，多次获得中国城市科学研究会绿色建筑与节能委员会颁发的“先进单位”称号，多次被深圳市住房和建设局评为“住房和建设系统先进集体”。此外，协会于2011年被深圳市发改委评为“深圳市节能先进集体”；2014年被福田区发展和改革局、环境保护和水务局评为“福田区节能环保模范单位”；2015年被中国建筑节能协会评为“建筑节能之星——优秀地方协会”；2017年在第二届“深圳社会组织风云榜”评选活动中荣获“社会组织创新奖”；2018、2020年、2022年，协会连续3次在福田区社会组织活力评估中名列前茅；2019年协会获得深圳市级社会组织评估AAAAA等级，2025年通过复评。协会党支部于2018年6月成立后也屡获佳绩——2019年被市社会组织党委评为“深圳市社会组织先进基层党组织”；2021年，被深圳市社会组织总会联合党委评为“先进党支部”；2023年被确认为广东省社会组织党建工作示范点创建单位；2025年被深圳市绿色环保类行业协会联合党委评为“先进党支部”。成绩代表着上级单位对协会和全体会员过去工作的认可，在此基础上如何继续保持创新性、领先性，是对协会未来工作提出的挑战。协会将加强秘书处组织机构的建设，团结全体会员，在政府职能转移过程中、在绿色建筑向更高层次全面推广的过程中发挥更大作用。

Shenzhen Green Building Associaion (SGBA) is a local, industry-based and non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by enterprises (other economic institutions, individual businesses) engaged in green building industry in Shenzhen. With the approval of Shenzhen Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, it was established on December 8, 2008,and is the first municipal level industry association in green building field in China, Featured Brand Activities SGBA Members (Part) 5A Social Organization.

Shenzhen has taken the lead in establishing a city level green building association. It is a concrete measure for the city to attach importance to urban sustainable development and implement the scientific development concept in the construction feld. lt also reveals a feature of making breakthrough and innovation shared by the Shenzhen Mu-nicipal Commitee and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and Civi Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality. Since its establishment, SGBA has always adhered to the tenet of "developing green building and promoting circular economy", actively built bridges between government and enterprises, and established six sharing platforms, i.e. the Marketing Platform, the Communication and Cooperation Platform, the Science Popularizaion Platform for Public interest, the Talent Cultivation Platform and the Technical Service Platform, to provide technical services for government authorities and enterprises & institutions in the field of green building, promote innovation, exchange and cooperation of green building in Shenzhen, and push forward the healthy development of green building.
